- 2 perfectly ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- juice of 2 limes or 1 lemon
- 2 tbs freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 – 1 tsp finely chopped fresh chilli
- large pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 1 small Spanish onions (or 3 spring onions), finely chopped
Toss avocado in lime juice. Add coriander, chilli, salt and onion/spring onion.
Serve as soon as possible. Immediately is best.
