*Sugar Free, Gluten Free, *Dairy Free option


  • 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or use plain and add ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract)
  • ¼ cup (60g) Jalna vanilla yogurt (*Dairy free option – use coconut cream and a bit more vanilla)
  • 2 handfuls of ice (small cubes are best)
  • 4 scoops (or approx. 70g) of 100% Whey Protein Isolate (*Dairy free option – use a plant-sourced powder such as pea or hemp protein)
  • 2 x double shot of espresso (the better the quality, the better the shake!)
  • 2-4 tsp. Natvia or sweetener of choice, optional (If you are using a sweetened protein powder you can probably leave it out altogether)



  • Make your coffee and allow it to cool. If you don’t have that kind of time, use more ice!
  • Blend all ingredients together at high speed until well combined.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!!
