Serves 2
Ingredients
1-2 handfuls of ice
2 scoops (about 60g) Vanilla Pea Protein Powder (or preferred protein powder of choice)
Large handful roughly chopped kale
1 cup mango flesh (I used frozen)
¼ cup coconut cream (I LOVE Just Organic brand from Aldi)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
½ banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
Natvia or preferred natural sweetener (optional addition – if you like it sweet)
Blend all ingredients together at high speed until well combined.
Serve immediately.
