Gluten-Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free and Vegan (option)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 150g ice (small cubes or crushed)
- 180ml unsweetened pineapple juice (or fresh pineapple pieces for more texture)
- 100ml coconut cream (or milk)
- 2-3 drops of Pandan essence
- 1 scoop (10g) chia seeds
- 200ml coconut water (or just water)
- 2 x 30g scoops protein powder (I used a vanilla whey protein powder but use a plant-sourced protein powder for a dairy free/vegan/paleo option)
- 1 tbsp. glutamine powder (optional – I just added due to my chronic DOMS!)
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth
Serve Immediately!
