• Large handful of ice
  • 200 ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 scoops (approx 40g) 100% Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or omit if you are using a vanilla flavoured protein powder)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Natvia (or preferred sweetener to taste)



  • Blend together in a high torque blender or feeod processor such as a vitamix, thermomix or similar
  • Pour into a large glass –  using spatula to scrape excess if the sides of the bowl
  • Serve immediately!
