Ingredients:
- Large handful of ice
- 200 ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 scoops (approx 40g) 100% Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or omit if you are using a vanilla flavoured protein powder)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp Natvia (or preferred sweetener to taste)
Method:
- Blend together in a high torque blender or feeod processor such as a vitamix, thermomix or similar
- Pour into a large glass – using spatula to scrape excess if the sides of the bowl
- Serve immediately!
