*Dairy Free, Sugar free, Gluten Free, Vegan
- 300ml Almond milk
- 50ml Coconut Cream
- 2 handfuls small ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 heaped scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I used stevia sweetened Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein)
- Pulp of three medium passionfruits (reserve flesh from one to garnish)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- Combine all ingredients (except reserved passionfruit pulp) in a high torque food processor or blender until smooth. (TM 20 sec / Speed 9)
- Divide reserved passionfruit pulp between two glasses and simply spoon over top to garnish.
- Add straw and serve immediately!
