  • 300ml Almond milk
  • 50ml Coconut Cream
  • 2 handfuls small ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 heaped scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I used stevia sweetened Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein)
  • Pulp of three medium passionfruits (reserve flesh from one to garnish)
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds


  • Combine all ingredients (except reserved passionfruit pulp) in a high torque food processor or blender until smooth. (TM 20 sec / Speed 9)
  • Divide reserved passionfruit pulp between two glasses and simply spoon over top to garnish.
  • Add straw and serve immediately!
