Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • 1 large handful of Kale leaves (add stems if you have a nice powerful blender)
  • juice of one lemon
  • small handful mint leaves  (got mine straight from the garden :-))
  • 1 cm piece ginger
  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf finely chopped (optional – I was experimenting and it worked!)
  • 1/2 cup peeled chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup peeled chopped orange
  • 2 tsp Natvia (may be adjusted according to personal taste)
  • 2 handfuls of ice

Simply blend, serve, and feel super awesome all day 😉
