Ingredients:
Serves 2
- 1 large handful of Kale leaves (add stems if you have a nice powerful blender)
- juice of one lemon
- small handful mint leaves (got mine straight from the garden :-))
- 1 cm piece ginger
- 2 large stalks celery
- 1 kaffir lime leaf finely chopped (optional – I was experimenting and it worked!)
- 1/2 cup peeled chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup peeled chopped orange
- 2 tsp Natvia (may be adjusted according to personal taste)
- 2 handfuls of ice
Simply blend, serve, and feel super awesome all day 😉
