Ingredients:
- 450g roasted and lightly-salted peanuts (I roasted raw peanuts in a moderate oven for 20 mins and seasoned with a good grinding of Pink Himalayan Salt.)
- 1-2 Tbsp. (20g) peanut oil
Method:
- Process the nuts until well ground (TM – 30 secs / speed 9)
- Add oil and process further until smooth (TM 90 secs / speed 5)
- Pour into in a sterilized jar, and refrigerate.
